Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Data Requirements List manager to lead the coordination, submission, and quality oversight of all contract data requirements list deliverables of a project.

This role ensures all documentation meets contract, technical, and quality standards in compliance with DoD and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

  • Manage the development, formatting, submission, and tracking of all CDRL deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Maintain and improve a QA system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting internal quality reviews of reports, data, and technical documentation.
  2. Coordinating with technical leads to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with contract specifications.
  3. Supporting audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure alignment with DoD, ISO, and client standards.
  4. Documenting and tracking quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.
  5. Promoting continuous improvement practices across project teams.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CDRLs and QA for U.S. Government or international projects (within the last 10 years).
  • Experience in defense or military infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of DoD DIDs, CDRL formats, and reporting standards.
  • Skilled in ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, audits, and document control.
