  • ​Sr. Marketing Analyst Role

Job Summary:

The Sr. Marketing Analyst will be responsible for auditing current and prospective clients' marketing performance. This includes reviewing marketing-level KPIs (CPS, CVR, CAC) and business-level KPIs (Gross Margin, Net Margin, Marginal LTV:CAC Ratio) to diagnose the main business issue hindering each brand's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing business and marketing KPIs to determine growth constraints
  • Researching prospective clients, their industry, vertical, similar clients, competitors, ideal customer profile, sentiment, and more
  • Interpreting Marketing Mix Models to propose recommendations for optimizing the marketing program based on results
  • Determining the best budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the funnel

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and the entire digital marketing landscape
  • Experience managing or working with large sets of campaign data ($100k+ spend per month per client)
  • Competence in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or similar self-serve platforms
  • Familiarity with audience insight tools like Global Web Index (a plus)
  • Familiarity with statistical models such as Marketing/Media Mix Models, Causal Impact Analyses, and Regression Analyses (a plus)
