Job Title: Content Evaluation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development, testing, and refinement of AI rating guidelines during early-stage pilot projects. The selected candidate will play a critical role in shaping the systems that train large language models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review ambiguous or edge-case examples with attention to linguistic nuance and rating logic.
- Identify inconsistencies, unclear instructions, or subjective interpretation risks in evolving rating criteria.
- Surface detailed insights about rating complexity, user intent confusion, and contextual mismatches that can inform guideline updates.
- Translate technical or abstract rating experiences into clear feedback for stakeholders.
- Contribute to presentations, data summaries, or insight write-ups that explain rater interpretation trends or rating difficulties.
As an Experimental Rater, you will leverage your strong critical thinking skills, passion for ambiguity resolution, and interest in the intersection of language, logic, and AI development to excel in this position.
