The role of a Quality Rater involves assessing online content in local languages using proprietary systems and guidelines. They review web pages, links, and questions, conducting research to ensure accurate assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate information based on provided instructions and guidelines.
- Log onto the rating system and complete tasks from home (approximately 5–20 hours per week).
- Demonstrate analytical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with online research tools.
- Provide comments in English when required.
- All tasks involve a web page with information, links, and questions to answer.
- Tasks may require outside research, and some tasks involve working with mobile devices.
- The task process includes submitting tasks and receiving another one.
- Guidelines and system instructions are provided in English.
- Training is administered by the selected supplier partner.
