The Role
Role Description
- Oversee the creation and implementation of effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and corporate objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, sponsorships, and collaborations to boost the company's market visibility.
- Leading the sales executive team and provide clear goals and expectations.
- Manage lead generation efforts, including outbound calls and emails, networking, and other methods to attract potential clients and sponsors.
- Collaborate with team to establish sales targets and performance metrics.
- Identified potential participants/clients
- through various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
- Assist and facilitate promotional and marketing campaigns as needed.
- Manage client acquisition to ensure a smooth experience from lead generation to conversion.
- Conduct market research, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for professional development.
- Demonstrate the features, benefits, and value proposition of assigned event webinars and business conference ticket sales to prospective customers.
- Actively participate in refining scripts, strategies, and overall sales processes
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business training/event ticket selling events, and seminars
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking abilities.
