This role oversees a team of System Administrators who provide client support for 1st-tier and 2nd-tier client support of collaboration and productivity services in use by Emapta end-users (Core and Talents). They manage the team's daily operations, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues, adherence to established procedures and standards, and timely completion of tasks. Furthermore, the Technical Team Lead collaborates with other teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT service delivery. Seeking Tech Trailblazers: Do You Have What It Takes
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in system administration roles, with demonstrated proficiency in managing and supporting collaboration and productivity services.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality results.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 platform, including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with email security solutions, threat management, and data loss prevention techniques.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for process automation and task scheduling.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, including incident management, change management, and service level management processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues and challenges.
  • Applies advanced concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to lead a team in performing routine and complex tasks.
  • Works on projects of varied scope and complexity, often involving cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues independently.
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Develops and implements strategies to optimize team performance and achieve organizational goals.

Drive Innovation: Shape the Future

  • Lead and mentor a team of System Administrators, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including assignment of tasks, prioritization of work, and resolution of escalated issues.
  • Provide 2nd-tier support for complex technical issues related to collaboration and productivity services, including but not limited to Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve service delivery and enhance end-user experience.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and standards related to system administration processes and best practices.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and implement preventive measures to ensure environment stability and security.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system administration and IT service management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for technical escalations and provide timely communication and updates to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of training programs for team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
