As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather process-related data and insights.
  • Analyze data and develop actionable recommendations for process improvements, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
  • Design and implement process improvement initiatives, utilizing industry best practices and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen.
  • Monitor and evaluate process changes, measure their effectiveness, and adjust as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in process improvement and compliance, or related roles, preferably with a focus on Collections department functions.
  • Preferably with experience with process reviews, change management, and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings, interpret and translate information and report effectively to management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and process problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and integrity in all processes.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Preferably with experience in building and implementing governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Advantage if with professional certifications in process improvement and compliance are highly desirable.

  • Proven experience in process improvement, compliance, or related roles.
  • Proficient in using process mapping and modeling tools.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of process analysis methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks applicable to the industry.
