The Process Improvement Senior Manager is responsible for integrating and formulating processes to ensure stores deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to valued customers in a clean and comfortable environment. This role provides innovative solutions by leveraging technology to enhance systems excellence and store efficiency. Additionally, the Senior Manager offers strong leadership to effectively manage the section or unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with cross-functional groups, demonstrating strong communication and influence skills to drive projects and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies, evaluating business objectives, costs, benefits, threats/opportunities, and technical, operational, marketing, and environmental feasibility.
- Manage key projects from exploration to post-evaluation, collaborating with teams or workgroups and showcasing effective communication and integration skills for each project assignment.
- Foster a healthy feedback culture within the unit, department, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop continuous improvement programs for existing systems, tools, and processes through store visits, contextual interviews, systems data validation, feedback mechanisms, and competitive analysis to enhance operating cost efficiency.
- Lead the unit in developing tools and processes that integrate cross-functional requirements to inform strategic business decisions.
- Review and approve projects before submission to concerned Mancom members for final approval, ensuring accuracy of information, financial feasibility, capacity fit, and alignment with organizational business directions.
- Provide support for business case reviews and situational crises through problem-solution analysis, fact-finding techniques, and scenario planning to drive structured business decision-making processes.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in food service operations, specifically in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), with at least 5 years of experience in people/project management.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in food service operations and/or QSR, with at least 8-10 years of experience in people/project management.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
