â— Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
â— Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts

Requirements and Skills:â— Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client
Service Representative
â— Track record of over-achieving quota
â— Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
â— Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
â— Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types
of characters
â— Excellent communication and presentation skills
â— Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
â— High school diploma
