Integrated Maintenance Specialist

Overview:
As the Data Center Maintenance Specialist for North Central Luzon, you will be responsible for the efficient management and maintenance of our North Central Luzon regional data centers and associated facilities, including transport network devices. Your duties will encompass overseeing the data center infrastructure, antenna systems, microwave transmission equipment, data equipment, and power supply systems. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in executing daily operation plans, ensuring onsite physical facility care, reviewing, and approving access permits, and enforcing health, safety, and quality assurance procedures. Your responsibilities will extend to project acceptance, quality inspections, maintenance handling, evaluation of outsourced maintenance teams, and knowledge of wireless and transport network equipment maintenance, particularly Huawei, ZTE, and Vertiv systems.
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Specialist: Oversee the maintenance and operation of company data centers, ensuring uninterrupted operations and emergency recovery procedures.
- Management: Maintain data centers and environmental facilities, including UPS systems, backup generators, fire prevention systems, water pump systems, and HVAC systems.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor the network infrastructure, including transmission and IP networks, and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
- Oversight: Supervise the data center environment, identifying, logging, and reporting any issues promptly to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Support: Develop and implement operational support procedures for all data center systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.

- to Detail: Pay close attention to detail to prevent minor issues from escalating into significant problems within the data center environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients to coordinate maintenance activities and address any concerns.
Employment Standards:
- Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent.
