The Business Development will support the Business Development Manager in executing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Key Responsibilities:Â

  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Â
  • Conduct market research to identify new target markets, trends, and potential leads.Â
  • Support the Business Development Manager in implementing marketing strategies to reach new customers.Â
  • Assist in generating leads and qualifying prospects.Â
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.Â
  • Support in managing the sales cycle and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.Â
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with potential customers and partners.Â
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.Â
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.Â
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.Â

Qualifications:Â

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent.Â
  • Prior experience in a business development or sales support role in the travel industry is preferred. Â
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and lead generation strategies.Â
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Â
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.Â
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Â
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Â
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of the company.Â
