Primary Responsibilities:

  • Providing general support, administration, and maintenance for the global SFDC platform including interfaces to SAP, Eloqua, ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Working directly with key users and end users to resolve support issues within SFDC
  • Support execution of the Digital Roadmap, business process automation and system integrations
  • Continuously monitor and improve org health and user adoption.
  • Ensure overall SFDC compliance (SOX, FDA, internal, etc.) and support regular audits.
  • Work on simple to moderate user stories or change requests in an Agile Sprint Release

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent- Engineering, Computer Science
  • 1-2 years of working experience as Salesforce Support with a solid understanding of platform-specific design patterns and large data volume strategies, Lightning experience is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of information technology experience in a customer-facing organization
  • Working Experience in global Service Management (ITIL certification is a plus)
  • Certified Salesforce System Administrator
  • Business fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Have been working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Proven knowledge of Salesforce Administration & Operations
  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.
  • Amenable to work on a NIGHT SHIFT schedule
