Join Our Team as a Sales Development Representative

Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating journey in the world of sales We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing prospective clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, and other various online platforms.
  • Call clients who have submitted forms on various websites/social media pages to schedule appointments.
  • Cold call and identify prospective clients using a given phone directory to sell services from scripts and lists of contacts to promote services through phone or any other platforms.
  • Schedule appointments or sales consultations between interested prospects and clients.
  • Send out invites and compose outreach email scripts to interested prospects and customers.
  • Prepare proposal documents and follow up with clients on pending/unsigned ones.
  • Make outbound calls to check in on clients.
  • Persuade and influence prospective clients to buy services by following a prepared script, giving service and product information, and demonstrating how our software products and services meet their needs.
  • Record notes for follow-up action and updating databases or CRM to reflect changes to the status of each customer.
  • Maintain statistics of calls made and successes achieved.
  • Receive calls and provide information and basic customer support.
  • Submit call to report, on a daily basis on the number of dial-outs, contacts, and call backs to direct report.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of being an appointment setter with B2B experience.
  • Strong in English communication skills (both oral and written), along with active listening.
  • Ability to sell, can withstand pressure, and possess a positive, 'CAN DO' attitude.
  • Client-focused and has adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service roles is an advantage.
  • A tech-savvy and is adaptable to change.
