HR Generalist

organization and ensuring the effective management of human resources processes and initiatives.
You will play a critical role in attracting, retaining, and developing talent, while also fostering a
positive work culture that aligns with our company values. Further, you will facilitate the annual
benefits enrollment process by working with our benefits broker(s) and internal teams.
Employee Relations, Engagement & HR administration
. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, including
policies, benefits, and grievances
. Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement through
various initiatives
. Implementation of employee engagement plans and activities
. Assist in the administration of benefits programs, filings, and all other
administrative tasks under HR
. You will maintain the HR system (Trinet/Zenefits) for local Manila based
employees
. Coordinate Management By Objectives (MBOs) with RLS managers and staff on a
twice-annual basis
. Maintains employee handbook and local policies in coordination with Operations
Manager
. Support the continuous improvement of RLS Human Resources related
processes, policies, documentation and programs
Recruiting & Onboarding
. Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions
. Post job advertisements on relevant platforms
. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and participate in the selection process
. Monitor and ensure the full onboarding process for new hires
. Facilitate the onboarding of new employees including executing the onboarding
checklist for systems setup/access privileges, benefits enrollment, defining the new
hire training schedule, completing employment verification including background
checks
