Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in programs such as Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Possess a keen interest in HR and a hunger for learning.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, adept at both in-person and virtual collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and exhibit strong organizational abilities.
  • Uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Willing to commit to a minimum of 150 hours for an onsite internship in Magallanes, Makati City.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases pertaining to HR functions.

General Support:

  • Aid in administrative tasks related to recruitment, including data entry and file management.
  • Actively engage in learning opportunities to broaden your understanding of the recruitment process.
