DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Learning and Development

· Work with HR Director, in designing, implementing and evaluating learning and development programs;

· Develop and maintain instructional programs and files;

· Review evaluation of training courses, objectives and accomplishments;

· Assess effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance;

· Develop team-building exercises and workshops; and

· Prepare training contracts, monitor bond expiration and assist in bond computation during separation of employees.

· Facilitate the conduct of organizational effectiveness interventions;

· Create competency models and career track for positions;

Identify training needs, recommending and implementing solutions, and evaluating and measuring effectiveness.

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive training strategy ensuring strategic alignment of training and development with business goals.

• Collaborate with HR team members and business leaders to understand their needs related to training and development by proactively interfacing with key stakeholders in order to understand, recommend and deploy effective solutions.

• Conduct assessments and analyses to define performance, skill and knowledge gaps and recommend training and development to drive individual and company-wide capability and performance improvement.

• Partner with the HR team to recommend and develop employee engagement programs and activities that enhance employment experience.

• Design and develop programs and curriculum, partner with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to achieve defined training, learning and development objectives.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for training and development programs.

• Establish and maintain individual and organizational performance evaluation methods for training content, delivery, activities, engagement and outcomes. Utilize metrics to validate knowledge transfer and return on investment.

Preferred Skills:

  • · Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Learning & Organizational Development, or in related field
  • extensive and progressive experience in human resource management, learning, training or related area, with a focus on learning and development
  • Familiar with designing, developing and implementing learning and development materials, both digital and offline
  • Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as facilitation and presentation skills to deliver in-house trainings and drive results through learning
  • The role is people-oriented so one must have the requisite skills to build cross-functional relationships, superb partnering and teaming skills, and ability to influence others
  • It is important that they are tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office applications, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other on-demand, online meeting, web conferencing, and video conferencing applications that can facilitate communication and learning.
