Accounts Payable Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the review and approval of payable requests and OIL
  • Review Reports submitted by the supervisor.
  • Review and approve of payable requests based on the threshold set.
  • Endorsement of request beyond the threshold.
  • Performs reversal/adjusting entries if any.
  • Approver of OIL
  • Review the accuracy and completeness of monthly/year-end accruals.
  • Review and endorses for approval pricing of showroom for disposal.
  • Preparation of annual budget and monthly budget performance review.
  • Reports preparation and review:

Preparation of annual budget and monthly budget performance review.

Monthly evaluation of long outstanding unreleased checks/Aging payables

Monthly submission of Daily transaction count per nature (RFP, CA, OC)

Review of the reports submitted by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS Accountancy graduate or its equivalent from a reputable college/university.
  • With at least 4 years experience in real estate industry
  • CPA is an advantage.
  • Good in oral and written communication skills
  • MS Office Proficient (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
