Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Executive located in Makati. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for lead generation, account management, communication, relationship building, and customer service. The role will involve actively seeking new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Lead Generation and Account Management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the printing or office equipment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Achieve the assigned sales budget or monthly quota.
  • Analyze and summarize competitor information & trends, identifying sales opportunities, develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport providing technical information & explanation.
  • Monitor and ensure provision of consumable and repair requests of the assigned customers with U-Bix committed timeline.
  • Keep customers informed about new technological products.
