We are seeking an experienced Creative Recruiter to join our team for a new music artist. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in creative and design recruitment, with experience in talent acquisition for creative roles. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent for the series, including designers, editors, colorists, etc

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to identify and recruit top talent for the series.
  • Source and recruit actors, musicians, dancers, and other creative professionals to fill key roles in the series.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future projects.

Interviewing and Selection

  • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the series.
  • Coordinate and conduct auditions and callbacks as necessary.
  • Manage the selection process and make recommendations to the production team.

Negotiation and Contracts

  • Negotiate talent contracts and agreements on behalf of the production team.
  • Ensure that all contractual obligations are met by both parties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key talent and their representatives.

Project Management

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure that all talent requirements are met for the series.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources related to talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.

Requirements:

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in talent acquisition tools and software.
  • Experience with creative and entertainment recruitment for TV, Film, or Music projects.
  • Familiarity with regulations and legal requirements in the relevant industry.

Mentality:

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for creative and entertainment recruitment and eagerness to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative recruitment
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
