information about customer complaints. Develop
aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback. Negotiate
with customers to renew contracts and retain business. Meet with
the sales team to propose customer retention solutions. Write and
present customer behavior reports and history. Build
positive rapport with customers and business associates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's
degree in sales, marketing, or related field. Experience
in a similar role. Excellent
customer service skills. Strong
conflict resolution skills. Experience
in Australian Telco is preferred Ability to
remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Advanced
communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and
patience.
