Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Gulf Coast Coffee & Co. located in Manila, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be involved in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and sales management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Experience in the coffee industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and remotely
