Job Description

The Outbound Sales Representative is a critical role responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation for
the organization. This position involves building relationships with potential customers, identifying their needs, and
presenting products or services that align with those needs. The Outbound Sales Representative plays a key role in
expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
. Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including networking, and referrals.
. Engage with leads to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions that address their needs.
. Utilize effective sales techniques to convert prospects into paying customers.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering value-driven
solutions.
. Develop an in-depth understanding of the broadband, mobile and voice services.
. Clearly and confidently communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
. Collaborate with sales managers and team members to develop and implement sales strategies that align with
company objectives.
. Participate in sales meetings and contribute insights to enhance the overall sales approach.
. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas within the specified time frame.
. Continuously evaluate progress against goals and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
. Manage and prioritize leads, opportunities, and follow-ups to ensure a steady and organized sales pipeline.
. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
. Utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details with potential clients.
. Effectively close sales deals by addressing objections and highlighting value propositions.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer
experiences and maximize customer lifetime value


Qualifications:

Qualifications and Skills:
. Bachelor's Degree in any course or have finished at least 2 years in college or a 2-year Technical / Vocational /
associate degree Course.
. Experience in AU Telco preferred.
. Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
. Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
. Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
. Understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
. Time management and organizational skills
