We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outbound Sales Specialist to join our power team. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a passion for building lasting customer relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and effectively presenting our products/services. This role requires a proactive and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

  • Graveyard shift: 10 PM-7 AM (steady shift)
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and engage in consultative selling.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Identify customer needs and present product/service solutions accordingly.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain customer loyalty.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Can speak very good English.
  • Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing or any sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
  • At least College Level; additional education in sales or a related field is a plus.
