Responsibilities

● Investigation and implementation of new initiatives to enhance the running of the department to increase collections

● Improve the collections' function

● Manage the call centre

● Set targets for the Individual Collections Call Centre

● Conduct interviews for new staff

● Report on and forecast collections

● Approve credit notes and refunds

● Ensuring compliance with Cartrack Policies and Procedures

● Keeping the team motivated and committed to the achieving of set goals

● Providing on-going, continuous feedback to senior management

● Providing on-going, continuous guidance to consultant

● Always promoting a good working relationship with colleagues and working towards and maintaining good working relationships with other departments

● Always being a role model for staff and an example of how results are achieved

● Constant monitoring of activity levels and productivity of staff

● Generating of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports

● Effective management of staff-related issues, including Performance Management and Disciplinary procedures. Approve leave, overtime and incentives monthly

Requirements

● Graduate of Financial Management , Accountancy or Business related courses

● With 5 years collections industry experience

● Microsoft Excel - Advanced

● Solid experience with advanced formulas in Microsoft Excel

● Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports

● Team management and negotiation skills

● Problem-solving attitude

● Adaptability

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● A team player and also able to work independently

● Emotional intelligence and Assertive

● Strong administration skills
