Role Summary

The position holder is responsible for the establishment, implementation, assessment and continuous improvement of the Company's organizational planning, performance and value delivery, and risk management framework to help the Company achieve its objectives, and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and protocols, including but not limited to external and internal communications, and confidentiality and security of corporate information.

Considering a bird's eye view of the Company, the position holder may also be asked to provide targeted support to and oversight over strategic initiatives, process and systems set up/transformation that address major gaps/opportunities related to the Company's objectives.

Outcomes Expected And Responsibilities

Organizational Planning, Performance, and Operational Risk Management Governance

  • Researches, analyzes, and implements conceptual frameworks on operational planning, project portfolio, and performance management.
  • Leads the identification and analysis of opportunities and gaps for the improvement and strengthening of the strategic management and risk maturity of the business unit.
  • Develops and maintains documentation of and tracks compliance to organizational planning, project portfolio, and performance management policies, guidelines procedures and templates, as assigned.
  • Oversees and executes risk management context and guidelines, and monitors and reports compliance to governance on operational risk management throughout ARI. as an integral part of the organizational planning and performance management process.

Organizational And Project Portfolio Planning

  • Guides and initiates the operational planning workshops of ARI, as well as administers the access rights to confidential documents and information that serve as planning inputs.
  • Integrates multiple concepts and information, and synthesizes the same relative to affected ARI stakeholders.
  • Facilitates training to strengthen and ensure recommendations and best practices are being shared to develop meaningful performance measures and in setting and calibrating of targets.

Organizational and Project Portfolio Performance Management

  • Gathers CSU performance and conducts periodic qualified analysis of homogenous performance metrics for exception reporting.
  • Leads the maintenance and improvement of the Enterprise Management System
  • Designs, executes, and circulates the results of the Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey (ICSS)

Operational and Project Risk Management

  • Leads and facilitates operational and project risk assessments (identification, analysis, and evaluation, risk treatment planning) of ARI CSUs or project teams, as well as reviews and challenges risk owners and relevant parties to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness of operational/project risk management plans.
  • Gathers and analyzes operation and project risks, as well as foresee potential risks.
  • Performs risk analysis and engages subject matter experts in validating the assessment and corresponding risk treatments of ARI. CSUs or project teams.
  • Ensures operational or project risk registers are being reviewed and updated with any movements triggered by the completion of risk treatment plans, including flagging of open risk action items.
  • Assists and collaborates with ARI risk managers and CSUs in the prompt identification and reporting of potential and emerging risks, opportunities, and trends resulting from incidents that may lead to risk situations.
  • Oversees and strengthens the integrity of the risk management monitoring dashboard and seeks support documents to validate updates, as applicable.
  • Communicates related risk information and feedback from Board and senior management to CSUs and project teams, as applicable.

Data Privacy

  • Serves as the contact person and monitors ARI's compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
  • Reports to the AP Corporate DPO the compliance status with the Data Privacy Act as may be needed by internal and external requirements, but not less than once a year.
  • Collaborates and contributes to the development, review, and revision of the Corporate policies, guidelines, and standards relating to privacy and data protection.
  • Ensures that the BU has a documented process that provides for procedures on how the data subjects can exercise their rights, as applicable.
  • Ensures that the privacy impact assessment for personal data processing is conducted and reviewed in all existing and future data processing activity ARI Corporate will undertake.
  • Ensures that all security incidents and personal data breaches in ARI are documented and reported to AP DPO.
  • Cultivates awareness on privacy and data protection within the BU.

Decision Support

  • Researches relevant industry information, prepares management reports, and delivers management presentations to assist in the decision-making.
  • Supports the ARI Management in terms of the decision-making processes.

Building Capability

  • Design, develops, and implements training programs to build and strengthen organizational planning, project portfolio and performance management capability throughout the organization.

Special Strategic Initiatives and Business Process Improvements

  • Provide targeted support to and oversight over strategic initiatives, process and systems set up/transformation that address major gaps/opportunities related to the Company's objectives
