We are seeking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to help expand our team. Your role will involve sourcing, attracting, screening, and presenting a shortlist of exceptional candidates. You will also work to establish a strong network of potential candidates online and offline to enhance our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure that we attract the best talent available. Ultimately, your goal will be to create a strong talent pipeline and aid in the retention of highly skilled employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates from multiple platforms
  • Parse skills and qualifications from applications
  • Collaborate with team and managers to design recruiting strategies
  • Understand hiring needs for each position
  • Conduct job and task analysis
  • Create and release job descriptions and announcements
  • Screen and shortlist candidates
  • Conduct interviews with various methods
  • Manage pre-onboarding requirements
  • Network to build candidate pipeline
  • Collaborate well in remote/distributed teams and take accountability for their metrics
  • Other assigned tasks

What we are looking for :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates.
  • With at least 1 year of people management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
  • Advanced knowledge of different search methodologies (Boolean, Google search, and the like).
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Knowledge of skill assessment processes, candidate management systems, and HR databases.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats and selection methods (e.g., phone, Zoom, MS Teams, and structured).
  • Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Has a clear and concise communication style when conveying commitments to candidates.
  • Focuses on delivering timely and accurate information to customers for better hiring decisions.
  • Upholds integrity and quality of execution as the highest priority while safeguarding people's data and credentials.
  • Helps candidates and recruiters navigate through stressful times by streamlining and simplifying the hiring process.
