Major Responsibilities

Train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees.

Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.

Plan and review procedure and enforcing policies.

Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.

Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.

Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping.

Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.

Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations.

Responsible for all department supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees.

Manage relationships with key operations vendors.

Track vendor pricing, subsidies and service levels.

Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.

Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.

Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.17. Work closely with Managing Director and management team to set and /or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.

Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings.

Work closely with the inventory controllers and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce sub-rental expenses.

Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards.

Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures.

Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments.

Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.

Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.

Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability.

Coordinate with the HR Department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs.

Own and support local sales and CRM systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting to local management.

Work with international commercial operations to prepare and report the business metrics - Point of contact for Supply, inventory and distribution/distributor related issue. The roles may also support the International management team with additional ad hoc project.

Performance Management (which encompasses both management reporting and financial planning).

Driving initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

Facilitating communication between several departments of a company that operate in the development process of a project.

Analyzing the development process as a whole with the aim of identifying problem areas that may affect results, finding valid solutions for the identified problems areas and implementing them in a timely manner.

Making sure that a project is in line with all of its requirements, as well as ensuring that all targets are met.

Providing a solid leadership model for the employees and encouraging them to meet their targets. As well as detecting skill and performance gaps in employees and adapting the recruitment process to avoid these altogether.

Qualifications

Graduate study in relevant field of expertise.

At least five-years' experience in leading and managing teams.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong management and leadership skills.

Inter-dependent partnering skills, team-orientation and demonstrated ability to influence outcomes.

Strategic thinking.

Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.
