Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR and Admin Manager to join our team. As the HR and Admin Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth and development.
  • Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Oversee the administration of office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor management.
  • Lead and supervise the HR and admin team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR and administrative needs and recommend solutions to drive organizational success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and administration to continuously improve processes and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
