Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the overall business and sales strategies.
  • Create, design, update, and maintain the production of traditional marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers) and campaigns.
  • Manage the company's social media channels with the objective of building brand awareness, driving customer traffic and sales,
  • Design/Maintain/Upgrade the look and feel of the company's website and provide recommendations that enhance our customers' digital experience.
  • Create and manage content (e.g., videos, blogs, news) that will enhance the website and social media presence.
  • Conduct an analysis of the website traffic and provide and implement SEO recommendations.
  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns in order to drive website and ecommerce traffic.
  • Collaborate with Sales team colleagues and other internal stakeholders to ensure that marketing campaigns and plans are fully aligned with sales plans.
  • Assist in the establishment of an annual marketing budget and help ensure that actual spending is in line with the plan.
  • Assist in the design of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Become proficient in the understanding of the company's product and service offerings, in order to increase the efficacy of the marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Stay informed on technology and marketing trends that can enhance the company's product and service offerings, as well as the customer experience.
  • Assist in the development of communications initiatives, both internal (e.g., company newsletter) and external (customer e-mail blasts).
  • Analyze marketing initiatives to assess efficacy and evaluate cost/benefit ratio.
  • Manage relationships with third party stakeholders including vendors and customers.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Experience in Interior Design/Construction/Architectural preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with kitchen, bath and flooring products preferred.
  • Social media, Interactive, Web and Public Relations skills.
  • Superior knowledge of web platforms such as WordPress or Drupal.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and PHP.
  • Knowledge of online technology, particularly including blogs, social networks, virtual worlds, wiki's, mobile and other emerging trends- including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Instagram and Pinterest
  • Superior knowledge of Social Media landscapes, networks, toolsets
  • Strong written communication, research, presentation and creative skills.
  • Passion for new media will be infectious among colleagues, guests and the building supply industry.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop or InDesign.
  • Full knowledge of MS Office is required including Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
  • Must be creative and be able to think outside of the box.

Additional Notes:

  • Hybrid set-up (10 days per month onsite) - must be amenable to work either in QC, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu
  • Schedule: 8pm to 5am PH
