Job Title: Product Marketing Specialist
Job Description: As a Product Marketing Specialist for our Super App, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our suite of solutions, spanning ride-hailing and more. You will serve as the expert in our product offerings, including Search Monetization, automated Affiliate Marketing, and other innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will revolve around crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring our products are effectively positioned in the market and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Expertise: Become the go-to specialist for our Super App solutions, understanding their intricacies, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to continuously enhance our offerings.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each product, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product managers, sales teams, and executives. Act as the liaison between product development and marketing, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Project Management: Lead product marketing initiatives from inception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
- Content Development: Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales pitches, product presentations, case studies, and blog posts. Tailor messaging to different audience segments and channels to maximize engagement and conversion.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct thorough UATs for new product features and enhancements, ensuring they meet quality standards and user expectations. Provide feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.
- Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, coordinating with product, sales, and marketing teams to generate excitement and drive adoption. Develop launch assets, such as press releases, FAQs, and demo videos, to support marketing efforts.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience in the tech industry, preferably within e-commerce, food delivery, or ride-hailing sectors.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
