Responsibilities:

· Identifies opportunities and builds insightful dashboards for leadership.

· Looks for insights from data that can help drive sales rather than only regular routine reporting. Focused on identifying the patterns, doing correlational studies, and pitching discoveries to the sales team.

· Creates regular report on customer analytics and sales analytics, per channel, per salesperson, per products etc.

· Combines reports from various sources from inside banking software ecosystem, combing the data, analysing, and bashing the numbers, constantly looking for correlations in addition to regular reporting.

· Creates business requirements for reports creation for the IT (Information Technology) team being the representative of sales and marketing in the Data Lake team and projects to constantly improve and innovate.

· Works with mobile marketing tools cabinets, extracts sales and marketing related data, channels and sources comparison, marketing campaigns comparison, looks out for patterns and correlations in addition to regular reporting.

· Provides insights into sales metrics performance identifying areas of risk and opportunity in weekly and monthly sales cadences.

· Works closely with central team of data engineers/analysts to define and input into the build of sales metrics reports and appropriate dashboards.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of relevant experience working in sales analytics

· Experience in Banking or financial domain dealing with lending experience would be beneficial though not mandatory

· MS Excel - guru level, statistics software - at least one (Power BI or equivalent BI software)

· Experience in building predictive sales models, analysing sales, pricing and pipeline trends, and presenting insights to senior leadership.

· Ability to explain complex subjects in easy-to-understand conclusions for a wide audience around data/reporting projects.

· Responsible, self-motivated, must be capable of and enjoy working independently, driving decisions, and having an entrepreneurial mind-set.
