Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effective communicator with ability to communicate organization's direction and ability to motivate others with strong, honest leadership.
- Knowledge of government processes and labor laws.
- Articulate, can interact, and communicate with management and staffs.
- Must have excellent communication skills and MS OFFICE.
- Matured, responsible and can handle pressure
- Have excellent leadership skills
- Critical thinker, keen to details, organized, excellent in time management and can work under minimal supervision
- Handle end to end recruitment
- Assists in handling administrative tasks such as (utility bills, vehicle renewal, office supplies, SSS, Pag-ibig, Phil health etc.)
- Can do multi-tasking
- Will be in charge of recruitment and hiring of vacancies which includes job posting, interview and recommendations of qualified applicant
- Will be in charge of creating employee's handbook, including code of conduct and corresponding consequences
- Will be in charge of creating flow-chart together with job descriptions, duties and responsibilities for each job position
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Working experience is an advantage
- Experience in organizational development is an advantage
