industry. The company provide newest and innovated solutions through platforms and digital tools.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Cebu IT Park, Cebu City, Cebu
Salary: Php 20,000 – Php 25,000
Schedule: Mondays- Fridays (midshift/nightshift)
Work Set up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business management or any related
open for high-school or undergraduates
With at least 6- 1 year of work experience in Customer Service
Amenable to work in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City, Cebu
Can start As soon as possible is a big plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails
Respond to billing, domain, email, hosting, and website-related queries with professionalism,
empathy, and efficiency
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective, timely solutions
Manage escalations by coordinating with SMEs, Team Leads, and other departments, ensuring prompt follow-ups
Collect and relay customer feedback on products, services, and support experience
