Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

Keeps and maintains documents such as the delivery receipts, ensuring that all of these are always kept organized and in good condition
Conduct regular (scheduled) Inventory Cycle Counts and ensure high accuracy of inventory records of the designated area by reconciling it with the company’s inventory system
Report any discrepancies and provide support by giving details and justifications on any variance discovered during cycle counting through the use of Root Cause Analysis
Keep track of branch inventory, inventory movement; prepare stocks requisition of regular stocking items, in coordination with sales personnel and the whole branch
Ensure that all stocks issuances are properly requested and documented. For stocks used as sample and demo are to be monitored and to be returned accordingly
Schedule shipments, recall and/or pick-up, making sure that all shipments are done in a timely manner
Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area including the organizing of physical documents and stocks
Ensures that company equipment, property and premises are kept safe, secure and maintained in good order and condition including computers, air-conditioners, phones, fax machines, printers and others
Assisting in tasks such as coordinating vehicle PMS and LTO Registration with the head office and keeping necessary documents in file related to vehicles in Davao
Ensures the cleanliness, care and maintenance of the office premises and facilities
Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
