Job Responsibilities:

Assist with data entry and daily financial transactions

Prepare and file invoices, receipts, and other documents

Support month-end and year-end accounting tasks

Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Coordinate with other departments for financial data

Help with basic bank reconciliation and reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (fresh grads welcome)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
