Duties & Responsibilities
· Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work to support business operations.
· Document and track daily administrative tasks; maintain organized records and files.
· Carry out essential office duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
· Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
· Coordinate with various departments within the company and external partners to ensure smooth communication.
· Organize and manage travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
· Prepare and process important documents, including certificates, contracts, and notarization arrangements.
· Perform additional duties as assigned to support office operations.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or an equivalent is required
-At least 1 year work experience is preferred
-Strong verbal and communication skills
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Able to meet multiple deadlines
-Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude
