Purchasing Assistant

-Assist in sourcing and purchasing supplies, materials, and equipment.
-Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
-Maintain accurate records of transactions and supplier information.
-Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for order fulfillment.
-Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
-Experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage.
-Strong negotiation and communication skills.
-Proficient in MS Office and purchasing systems.
