Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Excellence: Lead the conception and execution of visually stunning, brand-consistent creative content across all touchpoints.
Strategic Branding: Drive cohesive and innovative branding strategies that elevate the company’s presence in the luxury space.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing creative and digital team, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Digital Engagement: Develop and implement digital strategies that boost brand visibility, user engagement, and conversion rates across web and social platforms.
Client & Partner Relations: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful brand experiences and design solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, or creative direction, preferably within the luxury or high-end consumer goods sector.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-level design, campaign execution, and brand storytelling.
Deep understanding of luxury market trends, customer expectations, and brand positioning.
Proficient in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and digital platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM, analytics tools).
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-stakes projects.
