Job description
Property Management Executive will be tasked to grow and manage properties that are:
• For lease and those properties that will need to be fully managed to ensure functionality and profitability, pooling properties for lease, networking, and client engagement to close a deal.
• Attend to sales transactions, may it be as an agent for the Buyer and/or as an agent for the Seller.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Scouts and pools properties for property management.
• Prepares and presents properties in the form of proposals.
• Prepares a list of prospects that meet the tenant mix and concept requirements.
• Prepares the lease/property mgt. offers according to approved lease tariffs, terms, and conditions.
• Look for potential tenants for the pooled rental properties.
• Performs initial evaluation and screening of lease applications.
• Negotiates and revises contract terms according to approved tariffs to ensure that the resulting agreement meets the requirements of the business.
• Handles document preparation.
• Inspects properties when tenants take occupation and vacate.
• Engages 3rd party service provider in line with maintenance.
• To act as the authorized liaison of FPWI to both tenants and landlords to provide information and address their inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
• Performs property due diligence along with its required documentary requirements.
• Liaison-ship to private and government agencies.
• Performs the duties and responsibilities of a Real Estate Salesperson.
• Performs ad hoc duties as deemed necessary in line with the job.
