Summary:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of salespeople to drive revenue and achieve set targets. You will motivate and guide your team to continuously generate leads, foster client relationships, and meet customer needs. Your primary goal will be to achieve company objectives by planning, analyzing, and forecasting sales performance.


Description:

Build and lead a team of salespeople to drive revenue based on set targets, motivate them to generate leads, and foster client relationships.

Identify and set goals, devise sales plans to help the team achieve them, and analyze data to identify territories with growth opportunities.

Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to your team, and continuously develop your own skills to lead and manage effectively.

Analyze performance data, make forecasts, and achieve planned sales goals, while also developing and regularly reviewing a comprehensive business plan.

Supervise, evaluate, and make recommendations on the performance of the sales team, and provide continuous training and coaching to foster their professional growth.

Actively promote the organization and its products, and understand our target customers and their relationship with our products.

Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation efforts, and identify and address knowledge gaps within the team.

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, and perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Formulate and execute a strategic sales plan to broaden our customer base and enhance global presence.

Be the primary “Brand Ambassador” of the company, with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings, and represent the organization in a professional manner.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Five or more years of corporate sales management experience.
Experience planning and implementing sales strategies.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
Skills in using MS Office applications.
