Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably with Australian clients or companies.
Accounting Software: Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and other relevant accounting tools.
Australian Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of Australian tax laws, BAS, GST, PAYG, and Superannuation.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and management.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and produce meaningful reports.
Ability to Work Independently: Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with Australian Business Practices: Experience working in an Australian accounting environment is highly desirable.
