About the job: Senior Front-End Engineer (QC) | Hybrid
Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite / 2x remote)

Requirements:

7+ years of extensive experience in front-end development with deep expertise in modern
JavaScript frameworks, including Angular, React, or equivalent technologies
Advanced proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, modern CSS/SCSS, and HTML5 standards
with a strong understanding of web fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with state management solutions and front-end architectural
patterns appropriate for complex applications.
Proven track record of building responsive, accessible web applications that integrate
effectively with RESTful APIs and modern back-end services.
Experience with modern front-end build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines for
front-end applications.
Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG),
and front-end security practices.
Demonstrated experience in leading front-end technical initiatives and mentoring
engineering teams.
Excellent English communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional
environments
Relevant certifications are a plus
Responsibilities:

Front-End Architecture & People Management
o Lead the design and implementation of scalable front-end interfaces using
JavaScript technologies such as Angular and React.
o Architect component-based solutions that promote reusability, maintainability, and
consistent user experiences.
o Drive technical decision-making for front-end technologies, state management, and
integration patterns
o Establish and enforce front-end coding standards, component design patterns, and
testing strategies
Front-End Development
o Build sophisticated user interfaces using contemporary frameworks with advanced
features including reactive programming, lazy loading, and dependency injection
patterns.
o Develop high-performance interfaces utilizing modern state management solutions
and architectural patterns.
o Implement responsive, accessible designs that work seamlessly across devices and
browsers.
o Optimize front-end performance through efficient bundling, code splitting, and
caching strategies.
API Integration
o Design and implement robust integration patterns with modern back-end APIs and
microservices.
o Develop efficient state management solutions for complex data flows and real-time
updates.
o Implement error handling, loading states, and offline capabilities for enhanced user
experience.
o Ensure data consistency and synchronization between front-end applications and
back-end services.
Technical Leadership
o Guide and mentor junior and mid-level front-end engineers in modern JavaScript
framework best practices and development patterns.
