Duties and Responsibilities:

To a arrange all claims in order (per type of claim, per registry date and per status)
To scan all the medical, death & HMO claims documents in chronological order using NAPS software
To comply with the company's regulation and standard when it comes to filing.
To secure the privacy and confidentiality of the claims documents.
To provide soft access for easy monitoring and retrieval of the claims documents
Cost effective records storage
Accountability of the claims record storage
Accountability of the office equipment-scanner
Handle inventory of the storage of the scanned claims documents from Head Office to offsite storage location
Maintain and organize storage filing and transmittal for monitoring
Comply with the required scanning reports
Comply with the filing of reports every end of the year
Receive the returned acknowledgment receipt and quitclaim for scanning and attach the said documents to each claim
Handle departmental office supplies requisition
Handling FAMMS supplies requisition
To do other tasks as may be required
Scan and arrange all HMO claims
Arrange for regular or periodic transfers of scanned documents to off-site locations, in coordination with Administration department.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any course
Analytic, committed, focused, and result oriented
Good verbal communication skills, Computer literate
Punctual and prompt in submission of reports.
Background in Life Insurance is a plus
