Admin Manager

Duties and responsibilities:
• Manages daily schedule and ensures efficient operations of Admin services team i.e. messenger, housekeeping and maintenance,
transportation, etc.
• Enables the operating groups to effectively function by providing transportation services, processing communication requirements,
janitorial & messenger services, office lease and site offices, parking, storage requirements, office repair and renovation, office
sanitation and maintenance
• Centrally handles car insurance and claims processing, car repair and maintenance, car registration, car transfer
• Manages office space utilization
• Maintains regular schedule for office repair and maintenance and pest control
• Centrally manages bill payment processing for service/utilities
• Monitors utilization of budget for pantry supplies, janitorial supplies, drinking water, pantry essentials, office supplies and
consumables, etc.
• Review of systems and procedures. Policy and guidelines formulation
• Provides logistical support for company events and activities
Qualifications:
• Minimum of Five (5) years working experience in administrative management
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong leadership skills
• Able to effectively interact with different types of people
• Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
