We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our business growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients, expanding our customer base, and boosting our sales efforts. Responsibilities:
Client Outreach and Lead Generation:
◦ Proactively engage in email and phone-based outreach to identify and connect with potential clients.
◦ Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through consistent and targeted communication efforts.
LinkedIn Marketing:
◦ Optimize and manage our LinkedIn presence to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
◦ Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to identify and reach out to key decision-makers.
Referral Program Implementation:
◦ Design and implement a referral program to incentivize existing clients and partners to refer new business.
◦ Track and analyze the effectiveness of the referral program, making adjustments as needed to maximize results.
Social Media Management:
◦ Oversee our social media presence and enhance our visibility across various platforms.
Reporting and Analysis:
◦ Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for increasing client acquisition.

Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and Marketing, or any related field.
• Experience in Video Editing and Content Creation is a PLUS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience with LinkedIn as a marketing and sales tool.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving goals.
