Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: PHP 13,000 – 15,000 (for 20 working days/month)

We are looking for a Senior Skilled Sewer with solid experience in sewing and machine operations. This role involves handling various types of industrial sewing machines, cutting patterns accurately, and ensuring high-quality output.

Qualifications:
-Male, Female, or LGBT
-18 years old and above
-High school graduate or college level
-With 2–3 years minimum experience in sewing (as a sewer or mananahi)

Core Responsibilities:
-Operate different sewing machines (single-needle, overlock, edging, gartering, high-speed, etc.)
-Perform alterations and create textile products with precision
-Assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting
-Track fabric and manage inventory

Senior-Level Responsibilities (Optional):
-Supervise junior sewers and assign tasks
-Mentor and train new sewing staff
-Coordinate with other departments for production planning
-Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

Required Skills:
-Expert in sewing and stitching techniques
-Pattern cutting and fabric handling
-Strong attention to detail and quality
-Basic problem-solving and communication skills
-Physical stamina for repetitive sewing tasks
