Location:Mandaluyong City
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: PHP 10,000 (for 20 working days/month)

We are currently looking for Helper Skilled Sewers / Mananahi to join our production team. This position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of sewing experience who are willing to support various tasks related to garment production and sewing operations.

Qualifications:
Open to Male, Female, or LGBT applicants
-18 years old and above
-High school graduate or college level
-With at least 1 year of sewing experience

Core Responsibilities:
-Operate basic and industrial sewing machines to create or alter clothing and textile products
-Assist with cutting fabrics based on patterns or design specifications
-Help with basic pattern making when needed
-Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
-Follow instructions from supervisors or production leads
-Handle different types of fabric appropriately based on texture and quality

Additional Tasks May Include:
-Operating various sewing machines such as overlock, piping, edging, gartering, etc.
-Performing simple alterations on garments (e.g., jeans, blouses, dresses)
-Assisting with customer interactions, like taking measurements or offering garment suggestions
-Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Ideal Candidates Should Be:
-Familiar with various sewing machine types and garment materials
-Detail-oriented and able to follow production instructions accurately
-Physically fit to handle tasks that require sitting or standing for long periods
-Cooperative and respectful in a team setting
