NOW HIRING: JUNIOR SKILLED SEWER / MANANAHI
Location: Mandaluyong City
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: PHP 12,000 – 13,000 (for 20 working days per month)

We are looking for a Junior Skilled Sewer / Mananahi to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1–2 years of sewing experience, be familiar with various industrial sewing machines, and be committed to maintaining high-quality standards in garment production.

Qualifications:
-Open to Male, Female, or LGBT applicants
-18 years old and above
-High School graduate or college level
-With at least 1–2 years of experience as a sewer/mananahi
-Willing to work in Mandaluyong City

Key Responsibilities:
-Operate different types of industrial sewing machines (e.g., single-needle, high-speed, overlock, edging, gartering, piping)
-Follow production instructions and sewing patterns accurately
-Assist in quality control by ensuring all garments meet production and design specifications
-Conduct repairs and alterations on garments when needed
-Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure cleanliness of the work area
-Maintain an organized and safe work environment

Required Skills:
-Skilled in both hand and machine sewing
-Knowledge of stitching techniques and machine troubleshooting
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
-Good problem-solving and communication skills
-Physically fit to handle repetitive tasks while seated or standing for long periods
