Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Procurement and Supply Chain Staff. The Procurement and Supply Chain Staff will be responsible for day-to-day procurement activities such as evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and utilizing analytical skills to improve procurement processes. This is an on-site role located in Makati.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Timely & effective communication with clients & suppliers to complete projects and reports.
• Accomplish supplier assessment reports with minimal to no errors to be submitted on time to clients.
• Conduct supplier sourcing, supplier evaluation, & bidding exercises.
• Ensure and develop healthy relationship with existing and potential business clients.
• Proactively raise or communicate internal and external issues that will affect the business operations.
• Initiate improvement programs that will help the business unit sales & operations to become more effective and efficient.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or any related fields
• Preferably with 6 months to 1-year experience in the related field or equivalent.
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters with knowledge on Procurement & Supply Chain.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate and negotiate with suppliers
• Must have strong presentation skills.
• Motivated by challenging goals and targets with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Has the ability to multi-task and can both work independently and as part of a team.
• Forward-thinker, with the ability to anticipate and take necessary steps to minimize future obstacles
