Sales and Operations Staff:
Responsibilities:
1. Timely & effective communication with clients & suppliers to complete projects and reports.
2. Accomplish supplier assessment reports with minimal to no errors to be submitted on time to clients.
3. Conduct supplier sourcing, supplier evaluation, & bidding exercises.
4. Ensure and develop healthy relationship with existing and potential business clients.
5. Proactively raise or communicate internal and external issues that will affect the business operations.
6. Initiate improvement programs that will help the business unit sales & operations to become more effective and efficient.
Job Qualifications:
1. Open to fresh graduates and career shifters with knowledge on Procurement & Supply Chain
2. The applicant must hold the position of Safety Officer 2 (SO2) or have a Safety Officer 2 certification.
3. The preferred course of study should be the Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (IE), whenever possible.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills.
5. Must have the ability to negotiate, influence and persuade others.
6. Must have strong presentation skills.
7. Motivated by challenging goals and targets with a desire to exceed expectations.
8. Has the ability to multi-task and can both work independently and as part of a team.
9. Forward-thinker, with the ability to anticipate and take necessary steps to minimize future obstacles
